    Glenn was phenomenal in letting me know status of vehicle, advising on warranty and lining up loaner vehicle. When I did get vehicle back, it's missing cover from rear wiper.

    Service Department Manager was not customer friendly. I questioned why I had to pay for the diagnosis on a wire failure that was due to Chevy's poor quality and was told that his workers need to be paid for the time. I have an extended warranty but nothing is ever covered by it and they resent that I purchased it at Waldorf and not the Glen Burnie site. It seems to be a problem every time I go there.
