I questioned why I had to pay for the diagnosis on a wire failure that was due to Chevy's poor quality and was told that his workers need to be paid for the time. I have an extended warranty but nothing is ever covered by it and they resent that I purchased it at Waldorf and not the Glen Burnie site.
